Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities.
- Train and mentor sales team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (typically 3–5+ years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
