In this role you will be responsible for directly managing the NASIA SMB & MM Account Executive team. You will be tasked with developing and executing on the GTM Strategy associated with the NASIA region by working closely with your team and key stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties:
- Manage, coach and mentor AE's across SMB & MM within the NASIA region.
- Drive performance of team in response to the regions quota
- Effectively forecast to the business on monthly quota outcomes
- Assist in driving AE sourced pipeline
- Manage and maintain team systems and tools including (salesforce, slack, cognism, amplemarket, crunchbase, chilipiper)
- Assist the team throughout their sales cycle for different product and service offerings
- Act as an escalation point for prospects and clients
- Prepare and engage team through professional development plans
- Create a cohesive cross functional environment between GTM and product in region
- Develop an internal and external candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 1+ years proven sales management experience across the ASEAN region
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales performance metrics
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS hyper-growth companies (HR tech & Payroll companies are desired)
- Strong operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
