Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage sales and sales process in the company.
- Ensure you work with every staff member in an effort to achieve sales targets.
- To hold yourself accountable and ensure productivity on daily basis.
- To be able to lead, motivate and develop yourself and ensures that the company’s sales objectives are being executed.
- To plan and be tactical to ensure the company succeed and overcome in the face of difficulty and competition.
- To help ensure that targets (sales, debt management, etc.) are being achieved.
- To maintain a good human relationship and ensure good collaboration with all the company staff for the general good of the company.
- To promote the company’s presence (in terms of company’s image, sales volumes, market share, company’s visibility, company’s profitability and company’s value) generally.
- To ensure that creativity, innovation and productivity is upheld.
- To not to disclose the company’s secrets, strategies or any internal programs, plans or issues to a third party.
- To in collaboration with management use creative means to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- To prompt the Supply Chain Manager about the products demand dynamics routinely.
- To in collaboration with the Accounts Manager help ensure that sales receipt is properly banked, recorded and accounted for at all times.
- To in collaboration with the Technical Service Manager and Client Services Officer ensure that all installed equipment are being taking care of properly.
- And undertake very well any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Sales executive (typically 3 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
