The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth across various IT support and service solutions offered by the company. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored IT solutions.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation plans.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and sales activity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in IT services or a related technology field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the IT sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional African languages is a plus.
