Job Summary
We are excited to expand our team and invite highly skilled Field Sales Representatives to join us. The role comprises selling the cars we shipped from overseas. We have used cars and brand new cars, also we need to obtain orders for cars.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sell cars to target customers （especially to local car dealers）.
- Have basic knowledge about cars.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Submit timely sales reports (daily/weekly), including visits and order closures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of field sales experience, ideally in car sales or Automobile materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct field visits.
- Competent with basic computer tools – Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Location: Accra and Kumasi
Salary: 4800-5300
