We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer engagement. The sales Executives are needed in these branches: Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Techiman, Kasoa, Winneba, Swedru, and Tarkwa. Applicants should live within this jurisdiction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers/dealers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
- Selling, taking orders, and receiving payments from dealers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification
- 1 year experience in sales, preferably working with phone brands like Tecno, Infinix, Itel, Samsung, etc, will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to travel as needed.
