Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the IT industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our company’s products and services, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions and proposals to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company, consistently achieving and surpassing quotas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Technical background or degree in computer science or IT is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales tools.
