Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients for advertising and print services
- Promote and sell the company’s range of printing, branding, and advertising solutions
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in advertising, printing, or related sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets
- Must be proactive, persuasive, and confident
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the local market and customer needs
