Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Maxinet to potential customers driving revenue through field sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our subscriber base. This is a role for someone with a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Present and promote Maxinet’s broadband packages to prospective clients (individuals and businesses).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Represent Maxinet at activations, exhibitions, and community events.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements - Proven sales experience in Telecoms, ISPs, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum of a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with local markets and customer segments in assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
