Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Maxinet to potential customers driving revenue through field sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our subscriber base. This is a role for someone with a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Present and promote Maxinet’s broadband packages to prospective clients (individuals and businesses).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Represent Maxinet at activations, exhibitions, and community events.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
    Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in Telecoms, ISPs, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with local markets and customer segments in assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
