Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and our customer's needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to clients.
  • Conduct product training and workshops for customers and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical sales position.
  • Strong understanding of specific technologies, products, or industries relevant the your company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in specific software, tools, or technologies relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
