We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into paying customers through direct messaging, calls, and walk-ins. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and close sales both online and in-store. A strong background in retail or beauty sales is a plus.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and engage prospects through DMs, calls, and walk-ins.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
- Confidently close sales both online and in-store.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to convert traffic into sales.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Offer exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales (beauty or retail sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be presentable, well-spoken, and professional in appearance.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Lives within or near Dzorwulu for easy commute.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, confident personality.
Location: Dzorwulu, Accra
Salary Range: Attractive
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
