Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Haatso. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to promote CESSTIG's certification courses, sterilization services, and hospital consumables. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing product information and demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and coordinate marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital consumables
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• HND/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in sterile processing or related healthcare services is a plus
