Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Accra.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product knowledge, executing retail sales strategies, and maintaining a well-organized, customer-ready sales floor.
Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, managing transactions, and maintaining store displays as per company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Retail Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Previous experience in Sales
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage time effectively
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a plus
