We are looking for a responsible and friendly sales assistant to join our electric bicycle shop. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable electric bicycles, clearly explaining product features, pricing, and usage to ensure a smooth and confident buying experience
- Handle basic sales processes, including preparing invoices and receipts, following up with customers, and responding to inquiries both in-store and online
- Support daily shop operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing product displays, and ensuring all bikes are presented in good condition
- Provide basic guidance on the use and maintenance of electric bicycles, and assist with simple troubleshooting or coordinate with technicians when necessary
- Assist with test rides, stock checking, and be willing to learn basic technical and repair knowledge to better support customers and the business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Must possess a Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
