Sales and Marketing Representative

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential 

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of online marketing principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  
  

Desirable

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Fluent in English
  
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
