Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, providing training on services, and working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in logistics, courier, or service-based industries).
• Experience in providing Training to clients or team members
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in logistics or courier services is a plus
• HND degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Utilizing social media and digital channels to grow the brand and engage customers.
