Sales and Marketing Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify potential clients, build relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Visit schools, institutions, and corporate clients to promote publications and secure orders.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (preferably within the publishing or related industry).
• Must reside within the Ga South Municipality or nearby areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
