Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Present products to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeated business.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
• Listen to customer needs/feedback and report to Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Applicant must be good in mathematics (at least a C6 in WASSCE /SSCE)
• Strong computing skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Etc)
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work for long and sometimes odd hours (which may include weekends) in order to meet deadlines.
• Engage in frequent travelling across the country to engage with clients and prospects.
