Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sale and rental of properties within an agreed time frame
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for selling available properties (on and off-plan).
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent service. etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools.
Extra (preferred):
- Previous real estate sales and marketing experience.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market.
