Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Identifying and reaching out to potential buyers.
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust
Property Listings & Marketing
- Conducting property showings and open houses.
- Creating promotional materials (photos, videos, virtual tours) Collaborating with marketing teams to attract buyers
Sales & Negotiation:
- Understanding clients' property needs and budget constraints.
- Presenting suitable properties and discussing features, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiating offers, terms, and closing deals.
- Advising clients on legal paperwork and transaction processes.
Market Research & Property Valuation
- Analyzing local real estate market trends.
- Keeping up-to-date with new developments and competitor listings
Documentation & Transaction Support
- Assisting clients with contracts, agreements, and financing paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
- Coordinating with legal, finance, and administrative teams for smooth transactions
Client Support & After-Sales Service
- Following up with clients after sales or rentals to ensure satisfaction.
- Addressing concerns and assisting with property-related services (repairs, etc.) Encouraging referrals and repeat business through excellent customer service
