Job Summary

The Officer shall report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. The Officer has the responsibility for marketing and selling of the properties in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Engagement 

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential buyers.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster trust 


Property Listings & Marketing 

  • Conducting property showings and open houses.
  • Creating promotional materials (photos, videos, virtual tours) Collaborating with marketing teams to attract buyers 


Sales & Negotiation:

  • Understanding clients' property needs and budget constraints.
  • Presenting suitable properties and discussing features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Negotiating offers, terms, and closing deals.
  • Advising clients on legal paperwork and transaction processes.

Market Research & Property Valuation 

  • Analyzing local real estate market trends.
  • Keeping up-to-date with new developments and competitor listings 


Documentation & Transaction Support 

  • Assisting clients with contracts, agreements, and financing paperwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
  • Coordinating with legal, finance, and administrative teams for smooth  transactions 


Client Support & After-Sales Service 

  • Following up with clients after sales or rentals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Addressing concerns and assisting with property-related services (repairs, etc.) Encouraging referrals and repeat business through excellent customer service 




Skills, Abilities & Requirements:

  • Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiations, as well as excellent people skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Be able to respond well to pressure.
  • Think creatively and be organized.
  • Work well in a team and with a wide range of people .
  • Be proactive and able to take the initiative.
  • Be well presented in a professional manner.
  • Be persuasive and diplomatic.
  • Have a good business awareness
