Retail Sales & Customer Service Associate

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing customer friendly service to help customers shop in shop.
• Managing customer orders and deliveries
• Managing customer requests, complaints and feedback and reporting to management
• Providing education and product recommendations to customers about skincare and NAYA products
• Ensuring that merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves.
• Using the point of sale (POS) system to conduct purchase transactions.
• Promoting and selling at various marketing events
• Team up with co-workers to plan in-shop marketing activities to improve sales and customer experience.
• Cleaning and organizing the shop daily.
• Making and wrapping gift packages for customers
• Assisting in product inventory management procedures
• Learn product information to cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Memorize in-store promotions and special offers in order to communicate to customers.
• Make suggestions on ways to improve sales and boost revenue.

Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum education HND or bachelor’s degree
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Proficiency in French is a plus
• Basic math skills
• Friendly, approachable personality
• Punctuality
• Ability to perform and sell under pressure
• Available to work weekends and/or holidays
• Available to work between 8am and 8pm

Employment Type - Full-time

Salary – GHS2000- GHS2500
