Job Purpose:
Retail
- Responsible for increasing MOBILE sales through retailers
- Responsible for increasing MOBILE product and In store brand awareness through retailers
- Responsible for implementing MOBILE product training to retailers, field force and customers.
- Responsible for monitoring relationship and performance of Field Force agency and team
Channel
- Responsible for determining and growing different sales channels for MOBILE.
- Responsible for defining KPI’s for the different channels
- Responsible for determining support mechanism for every channel
- Responsible for motivating Retailers and Field Force agency to increase Samsung sell-out through incentive schemes.
- Increase and Maintain Stock availability in all retail stores
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Retail
- Responsible for sustained growth of all retail assets (SIS) and expansion in new retail market
- Responsible for overall management and supervision of Field Force to ensure successful delivery of objectives
- Responsible for managing, motivating and continuous transfer of skills and knowledge to members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring RRP(Recommended Retail Price) of all MOBILE models and advising dealers accordingly
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring budget spend against planned budget on periodical period (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Planning and Execution of Retail Promotions
- Managing communication with retail partners, field force, and store managers.
Channel
- Responsible for developing and growing sales pipelines from dealers to end customers through channel incentive program
- Responsible for developing a close knit and healthy working relationship with retail team in order to grow pipeline and boost sales
- Responsible for organizing all Dealer/Channels Partners conference for the MOBILE business unit.
- Responsible for introducing weekly PSI of master dealers and retail stores.
- Responsible for preparing and monitoring budget spend against planned budget on periodical period (monthly/quarterly/annually)
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Retail
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual target through retailers
- Ability to initiate and execute retailer partnership program quarterly
- Consistency in motivating retailers and FSM with points every week
- Levels of compliance with the use of MCS system across the entire team (Zero Tolerance)
Channel
- Ability to plan and map channels based on geographical and functional splits
- Ability to meet the deployment targets for MOBILE shops (SMP, SPP) and retailers
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual target through channels: sell-through, sell-out and ASP (Average Sales Price)
- Ability to initiate and execute master dealer partnership program quarterly
- Ability to monitor and report on channels performance against agreed targets

Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role
- 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Management.
- Bachelor’s dégrée in Business Administration/Marketing Discipline.
- Sound knowledge of the Mobile operating environnent.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
