Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and market loan products
- Undertake Credit risk assessment
- Undertake general credit assessment and establish worthiness of credit requests
- Prepare and present credit assessment reports to credit committee for their perusal
- Monitor disbursed loans and maintain a healthy credit portfolio
- Facilitate prompt loan repayments
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum academic requirement is first degree from a reputable university
- 3 years work experience in a related field
- Experience in financial and credit analysis
- Good knowledge of microfinance and business environment
- Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Must be a good team player, assertive and possess good communication skill
- Must have the ability to work independently and make sound judgments within established guidelines.
Location: Accra ( ADJIRIGANOR)
Salary: GHS 3,500
