As a Car Sales Executive based in Ghana, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales through diverse channels including walk-in customers, social media, referrals, and corporate partnerships. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and guide.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple channels (walk-in, social media, referrals, corporate clients) to achieve monthly/annual vehicle sales targets in Ghana.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives, demonstrating vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers in line with local market preferences.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client consultation, negotiation, contract finalization, and post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, leveraging referrals to expand the customer base in the Ghanaian market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localised promotional content (e.g., TikTok, social media campaigns) to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands in Ghana to adjust sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases in compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualification:
- A Diploma or Degree in fields like Marketing or Business Administration
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good customer service attitude
- Basic numeracy skills
- Confidence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of vehicles (or willingness to learn quickly)
Salary: GHS2,400 - GHS3,000
Location: Accra
