Job Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for being a key resource person to ensure the smooth operations of activities and communication within the company. You will support Management to develop process flows, solve problems and remove redundancies and bottlenecks to ensure the smooth running of the business. This position requires persuasive communication, great interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to work in a team environment. You will support data management, process improvements, documentation, and reporting, to ensure integrity and efficiency of the systems and processes across the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the office space, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
  • Assisting in preparing and organizing internal documents and reports.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as managing petty cash, office supplies and data entry.
  • Support business operations by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Be a key resource person for management by understanding business operations and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support robust operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Managing digital and physical documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of information.
  • Representing the company at various events for sales, marketing and business development.
  • Managing internal communications to ensure that there is efficient flow of information across teams.
  • Assisting management to resolving internal process issues and remove bottlenecks in operations.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure proper administration and smooth operations of the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
  • 4-6 years of Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development experience.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various sales and marketing software is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; strong public speaking skills.
  • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills.
  • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
  • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks.
  • Flexible work hours 8am – 8pm (including Weekends and Holidays)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to Full-Time
