National Service Personnel

Location:1. Weija, Accra, Ghana 2.Atonsu,Kumasi.

Educational Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Employment Type: National Service Engagement (12-month duration)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the daily operations within your assigned functional area.
• Contribute to active projects through tasks involving research, data analysis, report preparation, and administrative duties.
• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless execution of organizational activities.
• Offer innovative ideas and solutions that support team goals and drive efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science.
• Fulfilled all National Service eligibility criteria in accordance with Ghanaian regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Evidence of leadership potential, adaptability, and eagerness to grow professionally.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
