Job Description

We are hiring a Mobile App Developer Intern to join our team full-time, on-site. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in mobile app development who is looking to take the next step in their career, work on real-world projects, and grow within a collaborative, product-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or native tools (Kotlin, Swift).
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive and high-performance user experiences.
• Consume RESTful APIs and handle local data storage and state management.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, crashes, and bugs across a range of devices.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one mobile development framework: Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS.
• Understanding of mobile UI design principles, user interactions, and responsive layouts.
• Familiarity with API integration and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
• Knowledge of mobile debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Labadi, Osu, Teshie, Nungua, or nearby areas and available to work on-site full-time.
• Enthusiastic and self-driven with a strong desire to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, in-app messaging, or analytics.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with app deployment to the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Exposure to mobile testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Location: Accra (Candidates must reside in or around Labadi, Osu, Teshie, Nungua, or nearby areas)
