Through partnerships with international manufacturers, we supply quality pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumables to hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. As we expand our footprint, we are building a results-driven sales team focused on market penetration, strong customer relationships, and sustainable growth.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level field sales role designed for early-career professionals and motivated individuals interested in building experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales.
While structured as an entry-level role, candidates with prior medical sales exposure or existing relationships within the healthcare sector will be strongly preferred, as this enables faster market entry and early performance.
This opportunity is suitable for individuals who may already be working or engaged elsewhere, but who can reliably dedicate the required time and effort to an active, demanding field-based sales role. The role is highly engaging and performance-driven.
You will work closely with the sales team to promote products, manage accounts, and grow assigned territories under clear guidance and supervision.
The initial three-month engagement is performance-based, offering commission-driven earnings and real market exposure. High performers will be considered for a permanent role with a fixed salary, incentives, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Promote and sell NR Meds’ pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumables to healthcare providers and retail outlets.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, retailers, and distributors.
- Leverage existing healthcare relationships, where applicable, to accelerate territory growth.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and field promotions.
- Identify new customers and support market expansion initiatives.
- Participate in sales activations, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, collections, and customer interactions.
- Submit regular reports using Microsoft Office tools and provided reporting systems.
Qualifications and Experience
This role is best suited for candidates who:
- Are early-career professionals, recent graduates, or motivated individuals transitioning into medical sales.
- Hold a first degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Have 1–3 years of sales or field experience.
- Have Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. This is a strong advantage, particularly for candidates with existing healthcare networks.
- Are capable of managing an active field-based sales role without conflicting with your existing professional responsibilities.
- Are confident communicators, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Are organised, proactive, and comfortable meeting performance expectations.
- Are willing to travel locally as required to support territory coverage.
Please note: Although this is an entry-level role, candidates with relevant healthcare exposure and existing market relationships will be prioritised.
