Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Technician located in Accra. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for performing daily equipment maintenance, carrying out preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting general maintenance and repairs. The role requires adherence to safety standards and effective communication with the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience in general Maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical certifications or education in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
