Job Description:

Experience in the servicing and maintenance of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, concrete machinery and road machinery

Managerial experience in managing people and completing tasks on time.

Communicate clearly with team and clients to understand specific job requirements and equipment needed

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance

Conducting Training sessions for all the Mechanical Technicians Teams across all the branches nationwide

Requirements and Qualifications:

HND/DEGREE in Automobile Engineering

Have leadership and managerial abilities

10 years of working experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty automobiles like excavators, bulldozers, loaders, concrete machinery and road machinery, preferably in an automobile industry.

Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision.

Must be passionate about vehicles.

Attention to detail and accuracy in performing servicing on vehicles and machines.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with coworkers to achieve common goals.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.

Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workshop, adhering to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and housekeeping practices.
