Job Summary
As a Mechanical Engineer in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and maintaining mechanical systems in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Your role includes working closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems are efficient, compliant with regulations, and aligned with project goals. You will contribute to both new construction and renovation projects, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainability, and tenant comfort.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications (HVAC, plumbing, fire systems).
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks, coordinate procurement of MEP materials, and liaise with relevant teams.
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory codes and budget requirements.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of systems and lead handover processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years’ experience in building construction.
- Knowledge of mechanical codes, AutoCAD, and relevant design tools.
