Job Summary
To ensure the company projects are executed on time, cost-effectively, profitably and proper documentation is kept, supervise and/or undertake mechanical works at site and office as detailed below:
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 4 years
Job Description/Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, specify and prepare construction documents
- Responsible for the quality and delivery of schematic and detailed drawings
- Professional Engineering approval of work performed under the direct supervision
- Able to design and work with AutoCAD
- Assess project requirements
- Agree on budgets, timescales, and specifications with clients and managers
- Liaise with construction supervisors and vendors
- Provide technical direction to technicians and drafters assigned to specific tasks
- Problem-solving ability
- Writing reports and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- Minimum Education: HND Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in Plumbing will be a plus
