The Marketing & Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The officer works closely with clients and internal teams to enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and support overall business objectives.

Job Description
- Drive customer acquisition for an expanding vehicle fleet.
- Shift the business from a home-based operational model into a competitive commercial brand.
- Secure long-term vehicle lease agreements with embassies, corporate bodies, and individuals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Conduct daily cold visits to embassies, international NGOs, and corporate head offices.
- Meet specific monthly booking and fleet utilization targets.
- Track local diplomatic calendars and corporate conferences to secure bulk transport contracts.
- Negotiate long-term contracts with procurement and logistics managers.
- Gather customer feedback to guide management on decision making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Two years of field sales experience dealing directly with corporate or high-end clients.
- Background in car rentals or luxury hotel hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Must be willing to undertake field-based duties.
- Female candidates preferred.
