Perform the duties of a Marketing and Maintenance Personnel

Job Description/Requirements
- Promote and Show Properties to Prospective Tenants
- Advertise and Fill Vacant premises
- Keep Rental at Optimum Capacity and Frequent Inspection of Premises at all Times
- Implement Marketing Initiatives to Achieve Occupancy Goals
- Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Market Conditions
- Ensure Security of Premises and Maintain Security Devices
- Ensure the Premises is ready for New Occupants
- Negotiate and Ensure to Follow Up all Required Paperwork for New Tenants
- Maintain and comply with all statutory requirements
- Enforce Terms of Rental Agreements
- Ensure Timely Payments and Collections
- Monitor and Complete Maintenance and Repairs Timeously and Cost-effectively
- Minimize Rental Arrears
- Ensure Utility Bills are paid on Time
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Accounting from recognised institutions
- At least three (3) years relevant work experience and must be computer literate
- Working Knowledge of Contracts and Agreements
- Working Knowledge of Building and Grounds Maintenance
- Computer Proficiency Including MS Office
- Ability to Take Initiative
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Punctual, Hardworking with High Energy Levels
- Attention to Detail, fast learner and confident
Salary Range: Gh 1000 Plus Commission
