Marketing Personnel (Property Management- Kumasi)

• Promote and Show Properties to Prospective Tenants
• Advertise and Fill Vacant premises
• Keep Rental at Optimum Capacity and Frequent Inspection of Premises at all Times
• Implement Marketing Initiatives to Achieve Occupancy Goals
• Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Market Conditions
• Ensure Security of Premises and Maintain Security Devices
• Ensure the Premises is ready for New Occupants
• Negotiate and Ensure to Follow Up all Required Paperwork for New Tenants
• Maintain and comply with all statutory requirements
• Enforce Terms of Rental Agreements
• Ensure Timely Payments and Collections
• Monitor and Complete Maintenance and Repairs Timeously and Cost-effectively
• Minimize Rental Arrears
• Ensure Utility Bills are paid on Time

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Accounting from recognised institutions
• At least three (3) years relevant work experience and must be computer literate
• Working Knowledge of Contracts and Agreements
• Working Knowledge of Building and Grounds Maintenance
• Computer Proficiency Including MS Office
• Ability to Take Initiative
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Punctual, Hardworking with High Energy Levels
• Attention to Detail, fast learner and confident

Salary Range: Gh 1000 Plus Commission
