Salary: GHC 1,500 + Commission

About the Role

Ree’s Consult is seeking energetic, motivated, and goal-driven Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging prospects, converting leads, and supporting clients with the highest level of professionalism. If you are passionate about marketing and sales and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients.
• Actively visit campuses, institutions, and organisations to market Ree’s Consult services and acquire new clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, calls, referrals, and company platforms.
• Manage client inquiries professionally via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and programs.
• Meet weekly and monthly marketing and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outreach activities.
• Represent the company positively and uphold Ree’s Consult’s brand values at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, or higher qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven marketing or sales experience, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Confident, hardworking, proactive, and target-driven.
• Must reside within or around Botwe, East Legon, or Ajiringanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
