Job summary
A Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the organization's products or services, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, negotiating with clients, and monitoring sales performance to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Promote and market Edtex Ltd.’s products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and other business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while responding to enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads from referrals, online enquiries, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain the showroom and ensure products and promotional materials are attractively displayed.
- Support the development and management of promotional materials, social media platforms, and website content.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase sales and market reach.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company’s sales, marketing, and business objectives.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Management.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Salary: Attractive
Working hours: 2 pm to 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am to 4 pm on Saturdays
