Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and driving business performance.

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the business.
- Manage and support staff to ensure high productivity and professionalism.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies when required.
- Ensure all operational, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and sales.
- Handle cash management, petty cash, and basic financial reporting.
- Monitor employee performance.
- Implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
- Must be reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays when required.
Salary: GHS3,000 - GHS4,000
