Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Review and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data
- Generate reports and summaries as required
- Perform regular data backups and ensure proper record-keeping procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to data-related queries and provide support when needed
- Follow company policies and procedures for data management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Data entry and records management skills
- Strong attention to details
- Knowledge of basic computer application
- Proficiency in MS Systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary: 1,500 GHC - 1,800 GHC
Location: Applicants must live around Amasaman and it's environs.
