- Managing office administrative duties
- Preparing invoices, receipts, and financial records
- Recording daily transactions using QuickBooks
- Filing and maintaining company documents
- Assisting management with office coordination and accounting tasks
- Must have knowledge in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Very good working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prepare reports, manage records, and handle office administration
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience will be an added advantage
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
