Job summary
The HR and Administration Assistant provides support in human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, office administration, scheduling, and maintaining effective communication within the workplace.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Qualification: Degree
- Experience: More than 3 years post Qualification Experience
- Language: English, Dagbani Other languages in Northern Ghana
