Job summary
Fabrics and Curtains Hub is seeking a professional, proactive, and customer-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while actively supporting the company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Promote the company’s products and services.
- Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Identify potential business opportunities and escalate them to management.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in administration, customer service, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
