Job Description
Position: Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Tse Addo, Cantonments, or nearby environs
Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive, organised, and dependable Personal Assistant to support a busy professional in managing day-to-day activities, scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks.
The ideal candidate must be confident, able to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. This role requires someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders
  • Coordinate errands, travel arrangements, and logistics where required
  • Handle calls, messages, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist with administrative and personal coordination tasks
  • Maintain organised records, files, and documentation
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders when necessary
  • Provide general day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Administrative role
  • Must reside in or around Tse Addo, Cantonments, Teshie, or nearby areas
  • Must speak Ga fluently
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Must be proactive and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic administrative tools

Preferred Qualities

  • Smart, presentable, and well-spoken
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Positive attitude and high level of professionalism

Compensation

  • Salary range: GHS 2,500 – GHS 3,500
