Job summary
We are looking for an Office Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative and clerical support. The role involves managing office procedures, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting financial tasks such as invoicing and basic accounting. The OfficeAdministrator serves as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring efficient communication and organization across all functions. Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Process receipts, sales invoices, and payments
- Issue quotes, invoices and manage bank deposits
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare weekly petty cash report
- Prepare basic transactions and financial reports
- Prepare data and information on inventory
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an office:
- Maintaining office supplies
- Filing documents
- Filing PAYE and VAT Returns
- Handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office functionality
Required Skills
- Good accounting proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills: effective verbal and written communication to interact with colleagues, clients, and vendors
- Attention to detail: ability to accurately handle data and ensure precision in tasks
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite: expertise in programs like word, excel, powerpoint
- Time management skills: efficiently managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Customer service skills: Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitor
