Job summary
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the organization in a professional and welcoming manner. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Familiarize yourself with all product and services of our company
- Preparing customers requests
- Supervise activities of Business development executives
- Communicating courteously with customers by phone or face to face
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Solving customers problems by reporting to supervisor if necessary
- Briefing new customers on purchasing procedure
- Keeping accurate records of customers as required
- Any other task that may be assigned by supervisor
- HND or higher
- At least 1 year experience
- Candidates who live at Tema, Mataheko,Afienya and its environs will be much preferred.
- Candidate must be a female.
