We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational functionality of facilities, equipment, and machinery within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and minimizing downtime through effective resource management and scheduling.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To manage and oversee all maintenance operations across the company's premises, including restaurant, shop, kitchen, storage areas, and staff facilities.
- The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment and infrastructure (air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) are functioning optimally and safely.
- This role combines hands-on repairs with supervision of external technicians and long-term upkeep planning.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, or related fields).
- Hands-on repair skills with confidence in diagnosing and solving issues.
- Ability to supervise maintenance assistants and external technicians.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on repairs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, ensuring adequate staffing, skill development, and performance management.
- Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare reports for upper management on budget performance.
- Oversee the safe use of machinery, tools, and equipment by employees, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Able to multitask and prioritize urgent tasks calmly.
- Good communication skills — both with technical teams and operations staff.
- Able to give and receive instructions clearly.
- Physically fit and willing to respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
- Basic record-keeping ability (maintenance logs, issue tracking).
- Ensure translated content retains the original meaning, tone, and intent.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in maintenance management or facilities management is a plus (e.g., CMRP, FMP, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
