Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Accra, Ghana, with some flexibility for remote work. The Life Insurance Agent will identify potential clients, provide tailored life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the insurance enrollment process. Responsibilities include educating individuals and families about product options, meeting sales goals, maintaining strong client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure the delivery of excellent service.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Understanding of Finance and financial planning principles
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Familiarity with core principles of Insurance and related industry experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Prior experience in life insurance sales or similar roles preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
