Akroma Gold Company Limited is seeking to recruit Underground Mine Manager





Responsibilities





• Oversee the planning development and production activities of the underground mine


• Develop, implement and enforce comprehensive health and safety protocols


• Provide technical support and guidance for other departments and stakeholders


• Engage with regulatory bodies and local communities to ensure compliance and foster positive relations


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mine performance and safety





Qualification Required & Experience





• At least Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Mining Engineering or related discipline


• Valid certificate of competency issued by the Minerals Commission


• Minimum of 10 years of progressive underground mining experience


• Below 60 years of age
