Akroma Gold Company Limited is seeking to recruit Underground Mine Captain
Responsibilities
• Ensure strict compliance with the Ghanaian Mining and Explosives Acts and Regulations for all personnel under supervision
• Monitor health, safety and environmental standards in all underground operations
• Provide leadership and technical oversight to meet production targets safety and efficiently
• Report any instances of non-compliance to site management or the Underground Mine Manager promptly
• Coordinate and supervise daily underground mining activities, optimizing resource allocation
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• Valid certificate of competency issued by the Minerals commission
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant mining experience
• Below 60 years of age
