Customer Service Advisor’s job summary

Customer Service Advisor’s Role
• Answering inquiries: Responding to customer questions about products, services, or company policies in a clear and helpful manner.
• Resolving complaints: Addressing and solving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Providing product/service information: Explaining features, benefits, and other relevant details.
• Building customer relationships: Establishing rapport and fostering positive interactions to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Collecting customer information: Gathering data for analysis and improvement of services.
• Using multiple communication channels: Handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Customer Service Advisor’s requirements and qualifications
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND / Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field.
• Proven 2-year experience of working as a customer service officer (preferred).
• Applicant must be between 23 and 28years of age and must reside in Accra
• In-depth knowledge in the micro credit environment (preferred).
• Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
• Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
• Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
• Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution
