JOB DESCRIPTION /RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attain a monthly revenue target of GHC 5,500.00
• Assist in recruitment and training of MEs and SP reps
• Prospecting for new business
• Ensure 100% clients satisfaction and retention (Client Service)
• Provide the necessary resources, guidance and support to all staff to effectively discharge duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for effective and efficient management of the office
• Responsible for effective and efficient management of petty cash
• Receive and address all staff and clients concerns
• Responsible for management of all staff attendance and to do list
• Prepare and Send staff performance reports and all other reports as may be required to management
• Identify and organize trainings for both staff and clients
• Manage and safeguard all company properties
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve target
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must full understand and appreciate corporate governance protocols
• Ability to understand and appreciate the Pin consult goals and objectives, products and services
• Ability to manage to manage office resources and administrative procedures well
• Must possess at least HND/degree in marketing, Human Resource or a related discipline.
• Must possess the ability to prospect and win businesses.
• Must have knowledge and experience in social media and internet marketing.
• Must be very aggressive and proactive.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and result oriented.
• Must be very fluent with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and for long hours.
• Must have good computer skills.
